Our licensed, in-house, General Contractor enables us to self-perform and manage the entire construction process for each project from pre-design to maintenance. Our advantage provides us the ability to complete capital expenditure projects faster and cheaper than utilizing a 3rd party contractor.

Red pine Representatives will be on site between 2 days prior to and the day of closing. We take action immediately upon closing from a corporate level. Our representatives stay on site for as long as necessary to access any areas of improvement from a macro to micro level.
